Safestyle puts emphasis on customer care and support

The winners of the G06 Customer Care Award Safestyle UK have listened to the feedback of the customers and improved the Safestyle website, making it easier for customers to get in touch. The new-look Customer Support page has had a graphical makeover and now sports an improved slick-looking interface, which clearly depicts all the easy ways to contact us, whether by phone, email, post or fax.

Likewise the Safestyle website’s Contact us page has also been modified to incorporate feedback from customers to improve the layout and clarity of the various sections of information.

Our emphasis on providing the best possible service and customer care seems to be creating a very positive vibe indeed – just a glance at the customer reviews section, which today contains some 450 individual customer responses, averaging 4.5 star rating (out of 5), will tell you that the Safestyle quest for improvement and paying attention to customer feedback is reaping the rewards of a positive customer experience.

Further developments are underway to make the Safestyle website even better and more customer-focused. One thing’s for sure, the company that brought you the famous BOGOF super-deal won’t be standing still!

Safestyle Announces First Winners of Diamond Account Club Draw

Safestyle UK recently announced winners of the first Diamond Account Club quarterly prize draw and the winners are Stuart and Sharon Parker, a lovely couple from Worcester.

They have won the waiver of £4000 account balance for installation of energy-saving double glazing.

The Safestyle Diamond Account Club was started in November 2007 to provide added benefits to people who purchase their windows and doors on Safestyle UK’s flexible finance package. This includes a quarterly prize draw in which the winners qualifying to have their entire outstanding payment balance paid off in full.

A delighted Stuart Parker added: “We moved to Worcester two years ago and have been saving up to upgrade our windows since. This really is a fantastic way to start the year. I was always sceptical about any competition believing the offers were not real. How wrong can you be?”

“The best bit is that originally we had only planned to replace the windows at the rear of our house but now we can afford to do the front as well!”, he added.

The Diamond Account Club qualifies club members to automatic entry into the prize draw but also incorporates partner companies providing customers with the opportunity to gain fantastic discounts from companies such as Club Seasons, Cheapflightseats.com, 247blinds.co.uk and Gorvins Solicitors.

The next Diamond Account Club prize draw will be taking place on May 01st 2008.

Customer Reviews for Safestyle Double Glazing

We have been receiving some rave reviews about the Safestyle double glazing windows and replacement doors - you can see the reviews here.

We noticed that the customers really appreciate that our fitters are professional installers who do a quick and tidy job of fitting the windows and doors. You can understand that getting good quality products is only half the job - fitting them nicely completes the jigsaw. And our fitters shine in that department.

Windowstyle Golfers Raise £500 for Cystinosis Family Support Network

In true sporting style, big hitting golfers from Windowstyle UK, part of the Style Group, the UK’s largest independent replacement window and door manufacturer and retailer, have raised £500 for the Cystinosis Family Support Network at their annual golf challenge.

The local Barnsley girl, Laura Herring, who despite suffering from the rare and chronic renal disease, cystinosis, has raised more than £5,000 herself for the CFSN. This really impressed the Windowstyle staff and suppliers and they contributed generously for this noble cause.

Despite facing a kidney transplant in the near future, 12-year-old Laura, from nearby Dodworth, is a recent winner of the Sheffield Star Superkids award for fundraising and is determined to help others and other families in a similar predicament.

Safestyle Adds New Lorries To Its Fleet

Britain’s ever growing lorry-spotting cult has a new challenge this month with a unique set of liveries to watch out for. This follows our introduction of a fleet of six new articulated vehicles worth almost £1/2 million with exceptionally lively and easily recognisable star-studded livery.
